Flavoured Fruit Infusions
The film Four Weddings and a Funeral contains the perhaps somewhat ill-researched line "There are 400 different kinds of tea, and that's not counting all those so-called fruit teas."
Leaving the numerical comment aside, the fact is that we do use the word "tea" very liberally - and there's nothing wrong with that per se. However, it can get confusing when we purchase a box of tea bags purporting to be a fruit tea, expecting the resulting drink to have a similar strength to tea. Somehow the boiling water splashes over the tea & we leave it for the requisite time, yet the resulting liquor is less gripping than a bad documentary.
We call ours "Fruit Infusions" to avoid false expectations - however, for any such infusion to be accepted into our list the overriding pre-requisite is that it means serious business.
Apple pieces, hibiscus flowers, rosehip peel, orange peel and natural flavour.
Though it's hard to rhyme anything with 'orange', fortunately quite a lot of things go with it flavour-wise.
Punchy citrus flavours burst out of the packet even before the boiling water gets in on the act - a sour-sweet delight.
Apple pieces, hibiscus flowers, rosehip peel, elderberries, strawberry, maracuja, kiwi & raspberry pieces, sunflower blossoms, rose petals, cornflowers and flavour.
Here's the challenge: try and taste each individual flavour in this wonderfully fruit-packed infusion - it took us a while to pick out the strawberry from the raspberry, but we got there in the end.
Our most popular fruit infusion by far.
Apple pieces, hibiscus flowers, rosehip peel, pineapple pieces, coconut raspings and flavour.
Can't drink alcohol in the office? Here's the non-alcoholic, infused version of one of the best known cocktails around. Warning: might cause strong desires to dance the conga with your boss or supervisor...
Seriously popular.

Apple bursts forth from this caffeine-free reminder of heavy laden orchards in autumn: sweet, smooth and fruity. Delicious in the evening, and a good ingredient for cooking, and for cocktails too (brewed!).
